Washouts were pretty common.

A Suburban is a long vehicle. This guy was pretty brave.

Just sayin'.

More good stuff.

Ouray, where we would stay the night. Man I love this town.

The next morning was our last Jeep rental day. The upcoming bend was a good place to err to the right.

Bridge? I don't need no stinking bridge!

We headed towards Imogene Pass, which would take us to Telluride.

More of God's incredible tapestry.

You couldn't draw it up any prettier.

More switchbacks.

This is on the other side of Imogene Pass, in the box canyon that contains Telluride.

It's a guy thing.

First view of Telluride.

On the highway route back to Ouray. Terri and Sneffels, her second 14er.

Our last night in Colorado, at the Strater Hotel in Durango.
